The University of Manchester is at the beginning of a very exciting journey to deliver a new c.£1.5billion Innovation District in Manchester city centre and we are delighted to be bringing ID Manchester to the Manchester Pavilion at MIPIM. There is no better place for us to showcase our fantastic opportunity to the international property market.

Earlier this month we submitted a PIN (Prior Information Notice) to the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU), to begin pre-market engagement as part our search to find an investor and development partner to deliver a new c.£1.5 billion Innovation District in Manchester City Centre – which we are calling ID Manchester.

We are looking for the very best joint-venture partner to work with us to develop this prime site which has the potential to create 3.5 million sq ft of mixed use space – new homes, work space, cultural and leisure opportunities as well as a robust public realm and 6000 new jobs.
