Manchester at MIPIM partner LIVINGWAY, a leader in the owner-operator Build-to-Rent and property management industry, proudly announces its recent recognition at the FX International Interior Design Awards 2024 in the Build to Rent/PRS category.
This accolade highlights the company’s commitment to eco-conscious practices, forward-thinking design, and fostering meaningful connections within its communities.
The FX Award in Build to Rent/PRS is presented annually to organisations that demonstrate outstanding achievements in innovative design, resident-focused amenities, and sustainable practices that elevate the standard of modern rental living.
This year, LIVINGWAY stood out among a competitive field of nominees for its incredible transformation of a tired 1970s building into much-needed homes in the heart of Liverpool, with a social focus on both residents and the wider public.
In particular, the award recognised LIVINGWAY for its innovative approach to ROCO, a collaborative design with SODA Studio, which has had a measurable impact on creating more permeability in the surrounding areas of Liverpool.
The judge’s words on why they chose LIVINGWAY ROCO were as follows, “A good example of an amenity-rich adaptive reuse project that balances intervention with respect”
