Welcome to the third Manchester at MIPIM update, which aims to ensure that your profile at MIPIM and your delegate logistics are processed smoothly ahead of the Christmas and New Year break.

Delegate registration
You can now register your delegates via the partner area of the Manchester at MIPIM website. This year you need to complete an online form which has taken the place of the subsidiary contract.
You also have the opportunity to register a delegate from your organisation for a Next Generation Leaders delegate pass. Please note, these are restricted to one per company, the delegate must be 35 years old or younger and a first-time attendee at MIPIM.
Once registered, your delegates will be able to access the official MIPIM database at mipim.com. Please note any additional delegate passes outside of your package entitlement are priced at £1400 + VAT for a standard delegate pass and £610 + VAT for a Next Generation Leaders delegate pass.
Please complete and submit your form by Friday 10th January.

Company information form
The Company Information Form is now overdue. Please complete this form as a matter of priority to ensure we communicate important information to you and your organisation over the coming months. Your assigned contacts will receive regular updates like this one to keep your organisation informed about important new information.
It is important that we receive your logo via the Company Information form as this will contribute to the branding in the Manchester Pavilion. Please complete the form in full and return asap.

Accommodation payment deadline
For those of you who booked accommodation through the Manchester at MIPIM hotel allocation, you should have received your confirmation and invoice last week directly from b network. It’s imperative you pay your deposit within the 10 day deadline or your accommodation will be released by b network. If you have any questions regarding your accommodation, please contact lucy.hill@marketingmanchester.com.
Guest blogs and films
This year we will once again be undertaking an extensive marketing campaign in the run-up to, and during MIPIM. Our digital campaign in 2019 generated 1.7 million impressions on Twitter and delivered over 47,500 page views to the Manchester at MIPIM website.
As part of this activity we are looking to undertake up to eight quality interviews with partners, looking at your business, why you chose to become partners of the Manchester at MIPIM delegation, and looking generally at the property industry. We are particularly keen to speak to any partners who decide to take up the Next Generation Leaders’ Delegate Pass and to speak to any young people who will be attending MIPIM for the first time.
In our first interview Barry Roberts, Managing Director at Morgan Sindall Construction North West shared his views on Manchester and spoke about some of the exciting schemes the company has in the pipeline. Watch it here.

The Manchester Café
The Manchester Café will reopen for business at MIPIM 2020 and is available to book for meetings daily from 09:00 – 17:00.
The café offers an exclusive space for Manchester delegates to use as a meeting or workspace throughout the duration of MIPIM and bookings can be made via the partner area. Please log in here to access the form.
Private event space
In 2020 The Manchester Pavilion will once again feature a private event space available for hire and can accommodate approximately 50 guests. With the exception of a morning and afternoon/evening slot on Tuesday 10 March, the private event space is now fully booked

Event proposal submission
Thank you to those of you who submitted an event proposal to be considered for the Manchester at MIPIM programme. The deadline for submissions has now passed and all received proposals are currently being evaluated.
The programme will be launched mid- February and feedback will be given to everyone who has submitted an event proposal over the next few weeks.
